We offer our clients the added service of Building Information Modeling or BIM. BIMs are a 3D model-based digital representation of physical and functional characteristics of a facility. These accurately simulate the precise details of the project’s architectural, structural, electrical, and even plumbing features.
Clients immediately see how their projects will actually look, and can even walk through the facility on their own devices via a link to the app.
BIMs also allow everyone involved to see conflicts in advance and make it easy to show field personnel how things align, creating a reliable basis for decision making. With it presented in 3D, everyone has a better appreciation for their work when seeing the simulated final results.
Once the project has been completed, we turnover the BIM, applying to the file everything that was actually constructed. This serves as the project’s as-built plans rendered in 3D—all the actual changes or additions made are also reflected on the final Building Information Model.

Efficient Project Management
To make the work on each project more efficient and easier to track, we use the web- and mobile-based Instagantt and Asana project management and organization applications that allow for effortless monitoring of each project’s timetable and progress.
With the help of these tools, each of the projects’ various collaborators—including the clients themselves—are brought together under one management system. Each one can align tasks and schedules, and are easily updated through these online-based programs. Personal notifications are sent when a task is due, allowing for uncomplicated coordination with the whole team; while revising schedules or spotting possible delays become easier to manage.
Post-Project Maintenance
When projects are completed, we turnover to the client a master document, as well as the as-built model and plans through a BIMx file, that covers all aspects included in the construction of their home. Whether it be the 3D model, plans, material tests, permits, and all materials and finishes including brands, swatches, and paint and tile variants, working on after-construction maintenance, such as repairs or home improvements, are made easier and more efficient.

Precision Prefabrication
Equipped with updated machines and tools, we are able to manufacture beforehand and offsite all metalwork, carpentry, and painting of joinery at our warehouse. Our facility’s dedicated paint booth, with air dissipation systems, allows for more seamless finishes and dust-free end products without the health hazards when done right on the construction site.
With our Computer Numerical Control (CNC) machines, we are able to deliver high-quality and more precisely-made products. Drawings from the Polyboard software are directly transferred to the CNC machine, eliminating any errors in dimensions. In addition, our cold-press machine ensures that laminates adhere to the substrait securely for a sturdy result, while the multi-stage edge banding machine provides perfect finishes each time.

Home Automation & Motorization
In keeping with technology-driven times, we also offer our clients easy and reasonably-priced home automation solutions that make it convenient and practical to control various features of their home. These include controlling lights, door and window sensors, and alarm systems, among others. Attached to devices that allow communication between them, the client is able to conveniently control the system through their mobile phone, tablet or voice command.
At a fraction of the cost of other suppliers, these systems can be seamlessly incorporated into the home's wiring system during the planning stage for easy integration into our construction process.
Custom electro-mechanical applications for motorized appliances can be installed to modernize and provide added convenience to a home’s design. TV sets and other electronics—or even a well-stocked bar—can be hidden away with just a touch of a button to maintain a sleek, uncluttered look.
