Thoroughly modern, this sprawling residential project—with its 1000sqm floor area—took only 15 months to complete. The interior showcases a grand spiral staircase, whose structure required technical work and painstaking detail; a full basement ideal for storage and a clutter-free space; and an open-layout kitchen that features a play on materials: a solid-wood bar combined with laminate cabinets and quartz countertops.

 

However, it is the expansive backyard that defines this home. Designed by Architect Joel Muñoz with a Contemporary-Tropical theme in mind, a pool that wraps around the master’s bedroom lends a luxurious resort feel, while a separate pool pavilion is the perfect space for housing and entertaining guests.
