For the Solemare Parksuites model unit, designed and styled by interior designer Ito Kish, a mix of elements and materials were used to showcase a contemporary aesthetic. To give the 120sqm space more dimension, a combination of bleached-wood and tile borders were used on the floor, details like cabinet cladding that doubles as a desk provides functional design details, while an angled kitchen layout cleverly makes use of the available space.
