From the outside, this family home takes inspiration from the historic bahay na bato. It features an adobe stone exterior (albeit laid out in a more contemporary pattern) and Biowood cladding, as seen in the brise-soleil that echoes the look of traditional capiz windows, giving it that distinct Filipino touch. Inside the home, however, its interiors are thoroughly modern. Open spaces, with rooms separated by glass dividers, maximize the 180sqm lot area that totals to 500sqm across three floors and a basement. While a modular kitchen fitted with motorized and automated elements, like a TV lift and leak detectors, provide modern conveniences to this old-meets-new home.
